Ordering online is simple and the products arrive in great time. The only issue I've had with the company is a few inconsistencies with packaging. For example, I had placed a large opening order and not all the polishes had the pro-wide brush, nor did all of the black caps say "Londontown" on them. The three new colors from the new summer collection also did not have "Londontown" stamped on the black caps. I put all my polishes on display in my salon and I crave visual consistency. Other than that, I am a HUGE fan of the polishes, especially the gel genius base and top, these are absolutely brilliant.

I did not get the above product that was ordered. I received a pink shade that I like and didn't bother with returning it. I'm disappointed that my order was not filled correctly; was looking forward to receiving this product. Will look for this item in person in stores. Can't trust vendor will fill it correctly.
